An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 05bmw reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may close your 05bmw account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
05bmw reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
